WCOT is the City of Tallahassee's government access channel, which airs on Comcast channel 13. Through cable and online platforms, WCOT serves citizens in the Capital City. It is available to a worldwide audience through live-streaming on Talgov.com, as well as YouTube.com/CityofTLH.

Programming includes:

• Live coverage of City Commission meetings and workshops. These meetings are also recorded and replayed.
• Live coverage of CRA, CRTPA and Blueprint meetings
